Carol Goforth is a University Professor and the Clayton N. Little Professor of Law at the University of Arkansas (Fayetteville). One of her areas of expertise is the regulation of crypto transactions. In addition to several recent articles dealing with various issues applicable to crypto-assets, she is the sole author of Regulation of Cryptotransactions (West Academic, 2020). She has spoken at symposia and conferences on the evolving regulation of crypto assets. She is an elected member of the American Law Institute and is a member of the Academic Faculty Network at the Sam M. Walton College of Business Blockchain Center of Excellence.
