A managed voting system for a DAO that uses a the blockchain to verify the votes of each of the members and checks that, when votes occur, you have a quorum. The votes will all be recorded back to the blockchain as NFTs with additional data as to what was voted on. Collectively the software is designed to match with the SB38 - Wyoming DAO statute.
